Heartbeat
The worker writes heartbeat metadata while it owns the real filesystem lock. If the heartbeat age exceeds the stale warning value, the page marks the lock for review because the process may have stopped or lost contact.

Help
This page shows the runtime locks used to stop overlapping download and import work. A held lock is normal while a job is running; stale or metadata-only rows need review before another job is started.
Price Import / Download
These locks protect the price download and price import pipeline so two jobs do not update the same files, logs, or database tables at the same time.
CSV Download
CSV download locks protect metadata and CSV export/download work. A held lock means another CSV-related operation is still active or has left state behind.
Buttons
Refresh now reloads the current lock state. Save settings changes heartbeat timing. Clear IPC removes stale legacy IPC state only when the real lock is not held. Clear metadata removes stale owner metadata only when it is safe to do so.
